This collector is designed to fit onto drainage pipes of dishwashers and sinks and serves to filter oil, grease, and solid materials from the water before it enters the sewage system where they can wreak havoc. The Dormont - WD-25 - 25 GPM/50 lb Grease Interceptor is made from stainless steel, has a 50 pound capacity, sustains a 25 gallon-per-minute flow rate, and is PDI certified.
