The Star - 836TA - Ultra-Max® 36 inch Throttling Thermostat Gas Griddle is a griddle that features plenty of options for all of your restaurant needs. The stainless steel construction on the 836TA is welded throughout and has a stainless steel bull nose front that keeps cool to the touch. There are mechanical snap action controls, heavy duty metal knobs, and a standing pilot. With a temperature range of 150 to 500 degrees and a six-quart grease drawer, the Star Manufacturing Ultra-Max® 36 inch Throttling Thermostat Gas Griddle (836TA) makes it easy to grill whatever you need easily and efficiently.
