The Star Manufacturing Ultra-Max® 48 inch Throttling Thermostat Gas Griddle (848TA) is 48 inches wide with four 30,000 BTU burners that are located every 12 inches for consistent cooking and heating. The temperature range gives cooks a generous 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit settings with up to 20 degrees of deviation. The Star - 848TA - Ultra-Max® 48 inch Throttling Thermostat Gas Griddle comes with a front grease trough and a grease chute for quick and easy cleanup. The griddle is made of an inch of polished steel, which prevents damage and warping.
